RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PY Timber Warehouse, which is trading name of P.Y. Enterprises (Australia) Pty Ltd with ACN 127 665 169, have a clear policy regarding returns and refunds, as outlined below.

 

If you change your mind or realize that you made a mistake with your purchase, you can return any stock item(s) within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are still in their original new condition, unused, and with proof of purchase. Please note that our products are kept undercover, so they cannot be returned if they have been exposed to the weather. Refunds will be deposited into your nominated bank account within two business days, although restocking fees may apply, and a freight fee may also apply if the item(s) must be picked up.

 

If you receive any damaged or faulty products, or if they are not as described, you must return them or have them picked up by us within 14 days to receive a full refund.

 

If you have custom-made or specially ordered items, or if they have been cut to size or processed in any other way, they cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.

 

Please note that P.Y. Enterprises (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves the right to change this policy without notice at any time.
