Deliveries and Pickups

PY Timber Warehouse strives to supply your goods quickly and easily. We’ve set up specific delivery and pickup options to ensure flexibility and convenience for you.

 

Melbourne Metro & Mornington Peninsula Deliveries

Next-day delivery* is available for orders placed before 10 am the day before to all Melbourne Metro areas, including Mornington Peninsula. Due to timber shortages, placing your order in advance is advised.

 

Regional Victoria Deliveries

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours. Placing your order in advance are highly recommended.

 

Pick Up Service

Stock items can be picked up from our warehouse between 7 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday & 7 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday. To avoid delays, it is recommended to place your order before arrival. When an order is placed in advance, you will be contacted by our team to organise a collection date.

When collecting your order, please have with you the tax invoice.

 

Delivery Time Frames

Deliveries are made between 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday & 7 am to 1 pm Saturday.

 

Special Orders

Certain products that are not stocked are referred to as “Special Orders”. These products may be required to be delivered initially from our suppliers to us first. The required time frame will be confirmed when placing the order. Special orders cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind as they are produced specifically to fulfil this order. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

 

Freight Charges

Freight fees cover curbside delivery only. We will endeavour to place the goods at the desired spot. However, we can only guarantee it if special arrangements have been made prior (extra charges may apply).
