However, if you’d like to retain the natural freshly oiled colour of the timber you’re working with, you can simply add a Colourtone to the clear oil

All Cutek exterior wood oils are initially clear, and if applied without a color tone, they will cause the wood to naturally lighten into a beautiful silver patina when exposed to sunlight and UV. To retain the natural freshly oiled color of the wood, it's necessary to add one of their 16 specifically developed Colourtones that closely match popular wood species, and it's recommended to choose a Colourtone that stays close to the natural shade of the coated timber for the best results.
